Balenciaga is a European fashion brand founded by the artist Cristóbal Balenciaga from the Basque Country of Spain[1]. Owned by Gucci, a subsidiary of the French Kering group. Known for its exacting standards, Balenciaga was dubbed “the master of us all” by Christian Dior. His bubble skirts and eccentric, “modernist silhouettes” became a hallmark of the label.
